By using this website, you agree with or Terms of Service.

Once you have bought an item, you may not ask for any refunds.

If ER:LC denies a livery, we will make another one for you.

If you do not like any of the designs the designer made for you, you may ask for a different designer and send different references.

You can inform us of your decision by opening a support ticket.

Deals or price offers may be discussed with an executive.

We have the right to refuse to provide a service to anyone at anytime before payment.

Rules & Regulations:

• No Inappropriate requests.

• The goods are in the original packaging.

• Reselling our products are strictly prohibited.

• No having swear words on any graphics.

• No using the site for illegal activities.

• No providing false or misleading information.

• Attempting to harm, hack, or disrupt the website will result in a immediate ban.

Service:

Your order can be delayed or cancelled at any time.

If it is delayed the designer will give a valid reason for the delay.

But if the delay is longer than 5-7 days, we will provide you a different designer unless it is a delay for mass orders.

If your order was cancelled, we would issue a full refund for you.

We are not responsible for any glitches that happens when uploading an item onto ER:LC. As it has gone through multiple tests as long as a quality inspection.

Our rights:

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We also have the right to change the products price at any given time for any given reason.

We may limit quantities on any order.

Partnership Agreements:

If any representatives leave our server, the partnership will be terminated. Any servers that has 10-15 members under our server requires two representatives. Servers may not be any scam servers, reporting and raiding servers, and investigative (in a bad way) servers.
